Job summary

You are the voice of KclautX online. You will create content, build community, drive downloads, and keep users engaged across every platform we operate on. This is a hands-on execution role. You will not be writing strategy decks. You will be posting on TikTok at 7am, replying in Telegram at noon, and scheduling LinkedIn content at 6pm. You report directly to the Founder and work closely with the Support Lead, the designer, and the wider KclautHQ marketing team.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media Content & Publishing (X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn):

  • Create and execute a daily content calendar across X, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Produce short-form video content (TikTok/Reels): product walkthroughs, crypto tips, gift cards, how-tos, rate updates, user testimonials, and behind-the-scenes.
  • Write engaging captions, threads, and posts in KclautX brand voice.
  • Create LinkedIn content that positions KclautX as a credible, professional fintech brand (company updates, industry commentary, milestones, hiring announcements).
  • Trend-jack relevant crypto, fintech, and Nigerian culture moments for organic reach.
  • Maintain consistent brand visual identity across all platforms (coordinating with the designer).
  • Respond to every comment, quote tweet, DM, and mention within agreed response windows.
  • Track and report on follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and content performance weekly.


Community Management (Telegram, WhatsApp):

  • Be the daily active presence in the KclautX Telegram founding members' channel.
  • Manage the WhatsApp broadcast/channel with regular updates, announcements, and engagement.
  • Foster community culture through polls, AMAs, sneak peeks, contests, and early access offers.
  • Moderate conversations: remove spam, scam attempts, and off-topic noise.
  • Answer pre-sale and general product questions from community members.
  • Identify and nurture power users and community advocates who organically promote KclautX.
  • Build the community into a feedback loop where users feel heard and invested.


Launch Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute the KclautX launch buzz: countdowns, teasers, founding member perks.
  • Coordinate cross-promotion with KclautHQ's existing platforms (The Kclaut, Rediprofiles).
  • Create launch-day content blitz across all channels.
  • Drive app downloads through organic campaigns and referral program promotion.
  • Generate initial App Store and Play Store reviews from early users.
  • Document and share early user success stories and testimonials.


Influencer & KOL Outreach:

  • Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers in Nigerian crypto, fintech, and lifestyle spaces.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations (product reviews, sponsored posts, AMAs).
  • Coordinate with crypto Twitter and LinkedIn personalities for organic mentions and engagement.
  • Track ROI on influencer partnerships (signups, downloads, and trades attributed to each influencer).
  • Build a database of potential partners for ongoing campaigns.


Basic Retention & Re-engagement:

  • Set up and manage simple automated messages: welcome sequences, milestone celebrations (first trade, first referral), inactivity nudges.
  • Write push notification copy for key user moments.
  • Create email campaigns for re-engagement (inactivity reminders, new rate alerts, referral milestone updates).
  • Work with the Support Lead to identify churn patterns from ticket data and community sentiment.
  • Run win-back campaigns for users who have not traded in 30+ days.


Reputation & Brand Voice Management:

  • Monitor all public mentions of KclautX across social platforms.
  • Respond to negative reviews, complaints, and public criticism professionally and on-brand.
  • Amplify positive user testimonials, reviews, and organic mentions.
  • Manage Play Store and App Store review responses.
  • Coordinate with the Support Lead when public complaints require operational resolution.
  • Protect brand reputation by catching and addressing misinformation quickly.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Weekly reports: Follower growth, engagement rate, reach, top-performing content, community growth, sentiment analysis.
  • Monthly reports: Campaign performance, influencer ROI, retention campaign results, channel-by-channel breakdown.
  • Track referral programme performance and identify top referral sources.
  • Brief the Founder on what is working, what is not, and what to try next.
  • Use data to continuously refine content strategy and posting cadence.


Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Support team: Align on user sentiment, flag emerging issues from social/community channels before they become ticket floods.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing content is compliant (no misleading claims about returns, no unlicensed investment advice).
  • Product: Surface feature requests and user feedback from community conversations.
  • Designer: Brief on visual assets needed for campaigns, social content, and community materials.
  • Founder: Weekly sync on marketing priorities, campaign results, and community health.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years managing social media accounts for a fintech, crypto, or digital payments brand (non-negotiable).
  • Demonstrable experience growing a social media following with real engagement (not bought followers).
  • Active personal presence on crypto/fintech Twitter or LinkedIn (you should already be in the conversation).
  • Experience managing Telegram or Discord communities of 500+ members.
  • Strong short-form video creation skills (TikTok/Reels).
  • Excellent written English with ability to switch between professional and casual/relatable tone.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar).
  • Understanding of crypto/fintech products (wallets, trading, gift cards, KYC).


Strongly Preferred:

  • Portfolio of social media accounts you have grown (with before/after metrics).
  • Experience at a Nigerian fintech or crypto platform (Quidax, Yellow Card, Busha, Roqqu, Bitnob, Jeroid, or similar).
  • Content creation skills: can shoot and edit basic TikTok/Reels independently.
  • Experience running referral or user-generated content campaigns.
  • Active crypto/Web3 community participant yourself.


Remuneration: NGN150,000 – 250,000 Monthly (based on experience).
