Social media personnel

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content regularly.
• Take pictures and videos for social media posts.
• Develop captions, stories, reels, and other digital content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience growth.
• Develop creative ideas to improve the company’s online visibility.
• Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.
• Stay updated on relevant social media trends and opportunities.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
• Must have good content creation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an added advantage.
• Must be creative, smart, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to take quality pictures and videos for social media content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn and keep up with current social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Close proximity to Waterlines / Rumukalabor Link Road is an added advantage.
