Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize soap formulations, including bar soaps, liquid soaps, and detergents.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Test raw materials and finished products to meet regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), environmental, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in soap, detergent, or FMCG production.
- Strong understanding of saponification, surfactants, and quality control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
