Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Programs Associate to lead strategic initiatives and partnerships with local and international government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and community leaders. The ideal candidate will be in charge of crafting exceptional grant proposals, providing strategic leadership to the programs team, and developing comprehensive program strategies.

Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct research to uncover funding opportunities from diverse sources, including local and international government agencies and corporations.
- Develop meticulously crafted grant proposals of exceptional quality, ensuring strict adherence to donor guidelines and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Provide dynamic and strategic leadership to the programs team in all aspects of program design, development, planning, budgeting, and implementation while adhering to organizational policies and resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and donors, to advance program objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive program strategies, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and objectives.Â
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, international development, education, or public administration. Additional certifications or training in program management, fundraising, or related areas would be an advantage.
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in non-profit organizations program management roles and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing programs that drive impactful change.
- Expertise in grant writing and fundraising, with a proven track record of securing funding from several sources including government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors.
- Strong leadership and management skills, capable of inspiring teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, donors, and champions.Â
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions.Â
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of challenges.
