Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Slitting Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating slitting machines according to job specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in line with company standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review job orders and prepare materials accordingly.
- Take printed rolls from the printing machine as scheduled.
- Load rolls and set sizes, edge sensors, and lock positions.
- Adjust wind tension brakes and check bale positions.
- Ensure product length and roll diameter meet requirements.
- Operate the machine as per job specifications.
- Inspect the slitting size and maintain proper tension during operation.
- Run production only after receiving first-off approval from QA.
- Identify and sort defective rolls (e.g., uneven winding, off-cuts, bad odour).
- Weigh, wrap, and arrange finished products on pallets.
- Transfer finished pallets to the palletising area.
- Clean machine and work area after job completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating slitting machines in a flexible packaging or blown film environment
- Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow work orders and quality standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Remuneration: NGN 110,000 – 120,000 Monthly
