Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installations, validations, calibrations, and commissioning of equipment.
• Perform hands-on site troubleshooting, service, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide on-site training to the customers.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Interfacing with cross-functional work teams such as application specialist, customer service, supply chain, etc.
• Completing service technical documentation accurately and timely.
• Timely and professionally handled field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
• Preparing accurate and timely reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Elect Elect)
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in electrical engineering
• Strong diagnostic, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and travel as required
