Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who will function as an SME/Micro business personnel. An ideal candidate should be able to maintain a robust network of SME contacts, manage the relationship with the bank customers and has in-depth knowledge in borrowing and monitoring loans.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities


  • Achieving sales targets to meet the bank’s income projection
  • Driving income generation using the bank’s available channels
  • Maintaining a robust network with SME contacts, or relationships/experience dealing with SMEs in the banking sector.
  • Business development, sales and account management  
  • Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships, warm lead referrals from existing borrowers and/or Relationship Managers’ contacts;
  • Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilization rate and profitability as well as timely submission of credit review;
  • Customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers’ requirements, structure deal and proper evaluation of credit risks to achieve a balance stance for the customer and bank;
  • Underwrite credit risks by proper identifying significant risks and mitigating factors;

 

Requirements


  • BSc/HND in any field;
  • Proven 2 years experience in sales within the enterprise banking, business banking, SME banking space;
  • Strong sense of commitment and accountability, possess a business focus mindset, self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard;
  • Energetic, service-oriented and highly motivated;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
