Senior Sales Account Executive - Lagos
Job descriptions & requirements
Role Overview
Platos Health is seeking vibrant, data-conscious Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue for the company. This role is for a "goal-getter" who thrives on execution and analytical problem-solving. You will work closely with the existing team to drive revenue through two distinct channels: 50% of your focus will be on driving growth through pharmacy partners, and 50% will be spent leading B2B growth experiments, including, among others, corporate and wellness sectors.
You will own deals end-to-end—from prospecting and pitching to closing, activation, and performance tracking—while helping Platos deepen its footprint across Nigeria. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, execution-focused sales professional who thrives on targets, autonomy, and building meaningful partnerships.

Exploration & Experiments: Corporate, Fitness & Wellness (50%)

Engage HR, Admin, and People leaders as primary decision-makers for corporate health initiatives.
Plan and coordinate corporate health screenings and activations, ensuring they deliver measurable commercial outcomes (leads, referrals, device sales).
Design, execute, and evaluate early-stage fitness and wellness pilots with defined success metrics.
Test new sales motions, partnerships, pricing, and fulfilment models across emerging channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth execution and effective conversion.
Track performance, document learnings, and provide structured recommendations on what should be scaled, improved, or discontinued.
Leadership by Example
Set high standards for preparation, follow-up, and execution within the sales team.
