Senior Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities, ensuring production schedules are met, and operations run smoothly.
• Monitor production performance, resolve issues, and optimize workflows.
• Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Ensure that safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Work closely with the QA team to resolve any quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage and allocate resources (materials, labor, equipment) effectively to maximize production efficiency.
• Work with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw materials are available and inventory levels are optimized.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct safety training and ensure all team members follow safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of production outputs, issues, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regular production reports to management regarding efficiency, issues, and key performance metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
• Address any production bottlenecks or technical issues that arise in the production process.
• Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Work with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and prevent unplanned downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum BSc
• 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
