In a quest to shore up our growth strategy, we are looking for experienced Senior Executives who will anchor the full range of activities towards the purchase, sale and leasing of properties on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate(s) must have proven experience and success in marketing a variety of products and/or services.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities

o    Generate client leads for the purchase, sale and leasing of properties

o    Convert leads to grow the portfolio of rental, sales and management properties in the firm’s portfolio

o    Oversee activities that lead up to purchase, sale, lease and/or proper management of listed properties

o    Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

o    Facilitate negotiations – advising clients on market conditions, prices and ensuring fair and honest dealings

o    Ensure thorough documentation of transaction process

o    Update and promote listings of available properties

o    Coordinate closing of sales/rental transactions

o    Keep property owners informed on status and activities on listed properties on a regular basis

o    Constantly update own knowledge about real estate markets and best practices

o    Participate actively in marketing of listings

o    Conduct property inspections

o    Prepare proposals and deliver presentations as needed

o    Other assignments and activities that facilitate revenue growth in the assigned business unit

 


Requirements

o    Bachelor’s degree in a real estate or related field

o    A minimum of 7 years post NYSC work experience in real estate agency or similar role

o    Proven track record of successful sales and agency activities

o    Good knowledge of the Lagos property market

o    Strong communication skills

o    In-depth knowledge of applicable property laws

o    Experience in a supervisory role

o    Attention to details

o    Strong communication skills

o    Ability to work well under pressure

o    Ability to work as part of a team

o    Problem solving skills

o    Strong ethics and reliability

o    Proficiency in MS office applications
