Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers in real estate transactions
- Present properties and provide information about their features and market value to potential buyers
- Assist clients in making informed decisions by utilizing market trends and comparative analysis
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions to ensure a successful sale or purchase
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
- Stay updated on real estate market trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years property sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
