Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Supervisory:
- Oversee all activities of facilities supervisor and other field staff
- Manage request and re-order levels
- Proactively tracks routine maintenance and schedules
- Identify snags and likely defects before they arise
- Give instruction and direction to facilities supervisors
- Coordinate and liaise with technicians, artisans and support staff to ensure service delivery
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
Lead Generation
- Identify new and follow up business opportunities
- Identify or create client/prospect for property sales, leases, valuation, management, facilities management and other related businesses
- Manage and pitch proposal, development process from start to finish
- Follow up with all request and transactions
Marketing and Publicity
- Create avenue for managing all ads and promote all businesses via all means and available channels
- Proactively tracks all ads and contents for firm visibility and brand awareness
Administration Report
- Give regular update and briefing with the Facility Team Lead/COO
- Track and report actual number of wins and losses
- Monitor progresses
- Prepare invoices as may be directed by Facility Team Lead or COO
Others
- And any other roles that maybe assigned on the job
