Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Consultants based in Nigeria to identify and engage with potential investors within Nigeria and West Africa, interested in UK property investments. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients who have the capability and interest

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Investor Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with potential investors in Nigeria who have the financial capacity to invest in UK properties.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their investment goals and present tailored opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about the UK property market and our investment offerings to effectively communicate the benefits to potential investors.
  • Client Support: Guide investors through the investment process, providing exceptional service and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and other networking opportunities to build a solid client base.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities, leads, and successful conversions to the management team.


Requirements:

  • Passion and Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in real estate and property investment, with the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-net-worth individuals.
  • Networking Ability: Strong networking skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and achieve targets without constant supervision.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and attend meetings or events as required.
