Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum principles to maximize productivity and quality.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog.
- Track and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery timelines.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile metrics.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
