Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell products/services to potential and existing customers through direct sales, cold calls, and scheduled meetings.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate product features, and negotiate pricing or contract terms.
• Identify customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve complaints to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Track sales metrics, manage pipelines, and regularly report progress and sales forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of OND.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record as a sales representative, in inventory management, or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, active listening, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic office applications.
