Responsibilities:

Promote the store's range of children's footwear, toys, accessories, and other products to prospective and existing customers.
Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities through both online and offline marketing channels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across social media platforms and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Create engaging promotional content, including product posts, campaigns, and advertisements for the store's social media pages.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across all communication channels, providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends within the children's retail industry.
Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, special offers, and in-store events.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, marketing initiatives, and campaign performance.
Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure products are effectively displayed and promoted to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
Represent the brand professionally at all times while upholding the company's values, standards, and commitment to excellent customer experience.
Perform any other sales, marketing, or customer engagement duties as assigned by management.
