As our Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid customers/users. You can earn bonuses beyond your salary with commissions that compensate for your hard work. You will be working with a team of sales representatives, managers, and support staff.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop contact with potential customers by cold calling, emailing, or scheduling meetings in person.
  • Maintain and improve existing relationships
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product, its features, and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
  • develop new ideas, methods, and strategies to ensure the sales team reaches monthly goals to increase the company’s profitability.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Give customers in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of each company's product offerings.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals, and obstacles.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or other fields
  • Two or more years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools, CRM, and BRM tools
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing
  • Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally
  • Friendly and personable with others
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation skills.
  • Personal integrity
  • Ability to meet goals, stay organized, manage time and maintain a positive attitude
