Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and optimise product displays and end-caps according to planograms and brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory (FIFO), restock shelves, and flag slow-moving or expiring items.
- Build strong relationships with store managers to secure prime shelf placement and negotiate promotional display space.
- Track inventory movement, record out-of-stock instances, and report sales trends, competitor activity, and pricing changes.
- Execute promotional campaigns, place point-of-sale (POS) materials, and ensure accurate promotional pricing/labeling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in retail, sales, merchandising, or FMCG environments.
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, basic numerical/analytical skills, and attention to detail.
