Open new sales (Supermarkets/Retail Centres)
- To achieve the company’s targets
- the Sales Manager has to directly and through the team continuously open new Channels (both distribution and sales) replace existing channels and boost the number of readership.
Oversee distribution of the magazines and troubleshoot when there are issues.
- That the magazines are delivered on time and in the number on the distribution sheet
- Collections are made and unsold returned.
- Review sales figures and take remedial action as required
- Deepen the sales of the magazines in already opened Supermarkets/Retail outlets
