The Technical Sales Executive (Food Safety Department) at Chromogene International Ltd is responsible for selling and marketing our products across a wide geographical area.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


Requirements:

  • Be a good and experienced driver with a valid driver’s License.
  • Degree in life sciences (such as food science and technology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or biomedical sciences).
  • Flair for sales or marketing and an appreciation of what sales involves
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • An outgoing and confident approach.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • The ability to understand and present Food Safety Diagnostics data and Analysis.
  • The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and Quality control and assurance systems.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
