Job Summary

We seek to hire a Sales Executive with 3-5 years' experience in the manufacturing of plastics and PET product sales.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options. 
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with corporate prospects and recommending solutions. 
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and targets. 
  • Provide customers with quotations and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. 
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. 
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A master’s degree would be an additional advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in PET products.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • The candidate will also cover Ogun state, Ota
