High-Performance Sales Marketer
Job summary
We are launching new wine products into the Nigerian market and are looking for a relentless, target-crushing Sales Marketer who understands the wine business and knows how to make sales. If you have never sold wine or alcoholic beverages before or is not comfortable with aggressive targets and daily field activity, this role is not for you.

Responsibilities:
Revenue & Target Domination:
- Meet and exceed clearly defined monthly sales targets.
- Deliver consistent revenue growth quarter-on-quarter.
- Open a minimum number of new active accounts monthly.
- Ensure high reorder frequency across all accounts.
Market Expansion:
- Penetrate supermarkets, wine stores, lounges, restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, and event vendors.
- Identify high-value outlets and close listing deals.
- Secure premium shelf positioning and visibility.
- Increase brand footprint aggressively within Lekki.
Account Acquisition & Retention:
- Prospect daily and convert new leads into active buyers.
- Build strong relationships with outlet owners and managers.
- Follow up consistently to secure repeat business.
- Resolve client concerns quickly to protect revenue.
Field Execution:
- Conduct regular outlet visits.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
- Execute tastings, activations, and promotional support where required.
- Maintain accurate weekly reporting of performance and pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years proven experience in wine, champagne, or alcoholic beverage sales.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos premium wine market.
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must currently reside in Lekki or the immediate environs.
- Existing network within the hospitality and retail sectors is a strong advantage.
- Highly self-motivated and performance-driven.
- Comfortable working with structured targets and accountability.
