Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers, answer product queries, provide tailored recommendations, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Process cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately at the register, handle exchanges/returns, and issue receipts.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing incoming merchandise; perform regular stock checks.
- Maintain neat, well-stocked, and organized display shelves, display stands, and sales floor areas in line with store standards.
- Stay informed about active promotions, discounts, and special offers to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep the checkout area and shop floor clean, safe, and visually appealing throughout operating hours.
- Strong tech-savvy skills is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
