Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Sales and Marketing team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the marketing and sale of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, email marketing, search engines, and the company website to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.
- Manage the company's social media presence by planning and approving content, monitoring engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn) to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
- Monitor website performance and collaborate with relevant teams to improve user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), and online property listings.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Ensure the company's digital platforms are regularly updated with current property listings, promotional materials, project updates, and corporate information.
- Plan and coordinate property launches, exhibitions, open houses, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business decisions.
- Prepare and manage the department's sales and marketing budget.
- Review and approve marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close high-value property sales and strategic business partnerships.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing performance reports for management.
- Work closely with the Projects, Finance, Customer Service, and Legal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4years' experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development industry.
- Professional certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM platforms.
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
