Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the marketing and sale of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, email marketing, search engines, and the company website to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage the company's social media presence by planning and approving content, monitoring engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn) to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
  • Monitor website performance and collaborate with relevant teams to improve user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), and online property listings.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure the company's digital platforms are regularly updated with current property listings, promotional materials, project updates, and corporate information.
  • Plan and coordinate property launches, exhibitions, open houses, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and manage the department's sales and marketing budget.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value property sales and strategic business partnerships.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing performance reports for management.
  • Work closely with the Projects, Finance, Customer Service, and Legal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of  4years' experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development industry.
  • Professional certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Budget planning and performance management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
