Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage cleaning and facilities operations across multiple client locations.
- Supervise Site Supervisors, Quality Control Officers, Cleaners and other operational staff.
- Plan manpower, equipment, chemicals, consumables and site deployment.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and client reviews.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, quality and HSE standards.
- Handle client complaints, incidents and corrective actions.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance.
- Prepare operational reports and support client meetings, site assessments and business development activities.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and service proposals.
- Plan and supervise deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning and other special projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- A minimum of an HND in a related field
