Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Property Sales & Lead Generation: Source, pitch, and sell residential and commercial property developments to target clients and high-net-worth investors to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Site Inspections & Client Presentations: Conduct guided property site visits, present project blueprints and architectural models, and address prospective buyer inquiries.
- Contract & Payment Coordination: Guide buyers through real estate documentation, payment schedules, mortgage options, and closing procedures.
- Network & Broker Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, real estate brokers, and referral networks for sustainable lead pipelines.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends, and new development projects to provide tailored advisory services to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, deal closing, or real estate brokerage within property development.
- Strong negotiation, pitch presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Deep knowledge of local real estate market conditions, legal documentation, and buyer financing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital lead management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
