Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly driven and performance-minded Revenue Manager to lead our sales force and own pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization across our pipeline, showroom, and project channels. You’ll be accountable for driving company sales goals, with clear monthly metrics to guide performance. As a sales leader and growth operator, you’ll balance closing high-value clients with scaling the adoption of our tech-enabled platform.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage 10–20 field sales reps (hiring, training, and performance reviews).
- Personally close select strategic/high-value deals (VIP clients, architects, large bundle orders).
- Track and grow the weekly pipeline, showroom traffic, and CRM discipline.
- Ensure pipeline coverage ≥3× monthly target.
- Boost showroom sales, walk-in conversions, and event turnout.
- Drive monthly closure of ≥25% of qualified leads.
- Grow Average Order Value (AOV) by ≥1.5% MoM.
- Collaborate with marketing and the CEO on forecasting, campaigns, and new revenue streams.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- A natural leader who thrives on results, systems, and accountability.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Confident in motivating teams and having tough but fair performance conversations.
- 4+ years’ sales experience with at least 1 year managing a team.
- Proficient with CRM tools and data-driven performance tracking.
- Emotionally intelligent, energetic, and steady under pressure.
- Experience in furniture, interior design, architecture, or manufacturing sales.
- Professional polished presence with the confidence to represent a premium design brand.
