Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and networking.
• Learn and communicate the value of our products/services to prospective customers.
• Assist in managing and nurturing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Schedule and conduct introductory sales meetings or product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress using CRM software.
• Collaborate with senior sales team members to refine sales strategies and reach team goals.
• Participate in training sessions to develop sales, product, and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency with computers and office software; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to engage with new prospects.

Preferred Attributes (Not Required):

• Previous internship or customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies or customer engagement strategies

Locations: Oyo.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 500,000 (depending on experience)
