Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients
- Assist in the valuation of properties using various methods, such as comparative market analysis and income approach
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Support senior professionals in property management activities, such as tenant relations and maintenance scheduling
- Assist in sales and leasing activities, including property tours and lease negotiations
- Develop a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing real estate transactions
- Attend training sessions and seminars to develop professional skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior professionals.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal.
