Job summary
We are looking for a high-performing, self-driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Specialist to sell premium residential properties in Abuja. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, often within targeted turnaround times. This role is ideal for someone who has a network of HNIs, Corporate Executives, Diplomats e.t.c

Responsibilities:
- Achieve & exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for luxury properties.
- Generate leads via direct marketing, networking, referrals, social media and property portals.
- Convert leads rapidly by closing deals within short sales cycles.
- Advise clients on property value, pricing, payment plans, and investment ROI.
- Build strong after-sales relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and luxury networking events.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer preferences in high-end Abuja estates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Admin, Estate Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of luxury real estate sales in Abuja (proof of past closed deals preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets with short sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven – comfortable with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills. Excellent verbal and written English.
Preferred:
- Existing database of HNIs, corporate executives, diplomats, and diaspora clients.
- Experience selling off-plan luxury developments.
- Active social media presence for real estate marketing.
