Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished laundry and dry-cleaning items for stains, damages, and proper finishing.
- Ensure all garments are properly tagged and packaged before dispatch.
- Monitor laundry processes to maintain consistent quality and hygiene standards.
- Report any recurring issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Maintain records of quality checks and feedback for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE; additional training in quality control or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a laundry, hospitality, or cleaning business.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
