Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to oversee product quality across all stages of production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for certifying that all products meet established standards, maintaining quality control equipment, and preparing regular reports. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the quality of products during and after production.
- Ensure that all products conform to the required standards and specifications.
- Certify products before distribution to confirm they meet quality benchmarks.
- Maintain quality control tools, equipment, and systems.
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports and analysis on product performance.
- Collect and document feedback from clients on product quality.
- Monitor production processes to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and relevant software.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
