Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Officer who will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying product issues, and implementing corrective measures as well as providing after purchase services to our customers.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect customer-returned products thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Periodically conduct product review and rating
- Identify and report quality issues if any, promptly
- Test products to identify the specific problem and implement appropriate solutions
- Prepare detailed quality control reports monthly on defective products, including exact reasons for return, and distribute to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control tools.
