Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored proposals, project pitches, and business cases for hospitals, and clinics
- Lead negotiations and manage stakeholder expectations through the deal lifecycle from prospecting to signed SLA.
- Collaborate with finance, Supply Chain, legal, and Operations to define project terms, pricing, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead the end-to-end management of new client projects, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, budget, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate internal functions (finance, operations, HR, logistics) to ensure readiness before go-live.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings, documentation, and performance reporting.
- Oversee the transition of signed projects to operations under the agreed SLA.
- Track project success metrics such as operational readiness.
- Maintain an updated project pipeline and generate weekly management reports.
- Analyze project outcomes to improve business acquisition and execution efficiency.
- Contribute to building standardized playbooks and documentation templates for new client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred).
- 5–8 years’ experience in business development or project management within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or service outsourcing environments.
- Proven record in driving multi-stakeholder healthcare projects from proposal to operational handover.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency with project and CRM tools (Zoho, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- High sense of ownership, initiative, and a spirit of excellence.
