We are a property development and investment management company providing services such as Construction, Architectural Design, Investment Advisory, Property and Facility management. As a Project manager, you will be responsible for overall supervision of the company's construction projects, managing timelines, scope, risks, and implementing the mitigation plan

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including timeline, milestones, resource allocation, and budget breakdown.
- Oversee all construction projects handled by the organisation and provide updates as required by management.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions and cost impact.
- Review and manage subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of engagement.
- Prepare regular project reports detailing progress, budget status, and any issues for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to specifications, standard quality, and are compliant with applicable regulatory bodies.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders on project status, changes, and concerns.
- Monitor project expenditures against budget, identify potential overruns, and implement corrective actions
- Develop, review, and improve project policies in line with applicable regulations for the protection of the company
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare other ad-hoc reports as may be required to establish performance objectives and targets.
- All other related tasks as may be required from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field with a relevant license to practice as an Accountant in Nigeria.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role with sound knowledge of construction and project management processes.
- Professional certification in project management is an added advantage (e.g PMP)
- Proficiency in the use of project management software, e.g. Trello, Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ethical principles and ability to manage teams
- Ability to work with little supervision
