Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is a Civil Engineer to oversee and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients in Port Harcourt. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed according to plan.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
• Experience in quantity surveying
• Certifications like HSC (Health, Safety, and Construction) or equivalent is a plus
• Additional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute project plans
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Lead and coordinate project teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders and clients
• Oversee quantity surveying and cost management
