Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction to the handover stage
- Ensure projects meet milestones, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Monitor compliance with all regulatory and construction standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities
- Oversee project execution, supervise teams, and manage site progress
- Manage procurement processes and enforce the bill of quantities
- Conduct quality control checks and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle construction projects
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations and codes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Experience in procurement and enforcing quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
