Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end operational projects from planning through execution and closure.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, HR, and IT.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).
Proven experience in project management and operations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
