Project Coordinator / Estimator
Job summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our construction team remotely. The role involves coordinating project activities, preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and reports, tracking project schedules, and supporting procurement and contractor management.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Coordinate and monitor project activities across multiple teams and construction sites.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), budgets, and cost reports.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Support procurement planning, tender analysis, and coordination with contractors.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Perform mark-ups and take-offs using Bluebeam.
- Assist project managers with reporting, documentation, and cost control.
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide timely project updates.
- Draft in Vector works (training provided if required).
- BSc in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project coordination and/or estimating.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Software proficiency (mandatory): Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Procore, Sage.
- Remote work readiness: reliable electricity, stable high-speed internet, and the ability to work across time zones.
