Job summary
The Site Coordinator supports daily site operations by organizing materials, coordinating installers, managing site access, and tracking company equipment and supplies. The role also ensures clear communication between the project team, suppliers, and workers to keep the site running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- When a new project begins, the Site Coordinator will collect the contact information of all important people connected to the site. He will also make sure he can always access the site when needed.
- When the company starts a renovation project, he will explore the neighborhood to locate the nearest labor office and building supply markets.
- He will identify the closest suppliers of building materials in the area and learn where to easily purchase items needed for the project.
- He will also find reliable transportation options for moving materials and installation items to the site.
- The Site Coordinator will keep track of all company materials and equipment delivered to the site and maintain a record of inventory.
- He will be responsible for the security and safekeeping of all items on site.
- He will manage the collection and return of keys when necessary in order to provide access to installers and workers.
- During installation work, he will remain on site to support installers and provide anything they may need to complete their tasks.
- He will maintain clear and consistent communication with his supervisor at all times.
- The Site Coordinator will ensure installers arrive on time and will keep records of their arrival times.
- He will plan to know which workers need to be on site and make sure their materials and supplies are ready in advance.
- He will also communicate with suppliers to place orders and organize the delivery and proper storage of materials on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a secondary school certificate or equivalent.
- Basic ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
Experience
- Previous experience working on a construction site, renovation project, or building site is preferred.
- Experience working with builders, installers, or suppliers is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of building materials and site operations is helpful.

- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Responsible and trustworthy, especially when handling keys and materials.
- Able to work independently and get things done with little or no supervision.
