Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to project plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site policies.
- Inspect construction work to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower on site.
- Report project progress, issues, and delays to project managers.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget.
- Maintain proper documentation and site records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
