The Project Architects shall manage the scheduling and coordination of design projects, ensuring that design projects comply with relevant regulations and standards. Explore and follow architectural trends and advancements, and incorporate them into projects. Shall use the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and create plans for buildings, structures, or spaces.
- Finalise drafting projects using both 2D and 3D sketching.
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of early design work.
- Revisit designs and make adjustments to designs as needed.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.
- Analyse the site, gather information about local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental factors, and assess the feasibility of the project.
- Ensure design specifications align with safety standards and governmental regulations.
- Ensure that buildings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards, staying updated on the latest codes and regulations and incorporate them into designs to ensure the safety and functionality of the structure.
- Cooperate and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate various disciplines into the design.
- Conduct a thorough site analysis to understand the context, topography, climate, and surrounding environment.
- Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project.

- Assist in the conceptualisation and development of architectural design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to create design sketches and drawings.
- Participate in site visits and analyse site conditions for design purposes.
- Help in preparing schematic design drawings and diagrams.
- Contribute to the design and planning of interior spaces and layouts.
- Contribute to the production of detailed design.
- Help in managing project schedules and timelines.
- Create 3D models and renderings to illustrate design concepts.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project goals are met.
- Contribute to the creation of design guidelines and standards.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies for projects.
- Participate in industry conferences and workshops for professional development.
- Update on emerging design trends and technologies.
- Assist in the creation of architectural renderings for project presentations.
- Assist in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate design concepts and ideas.
- Work closely with engineers to develop creative design solutions.
- Communicate design ideas clearly within the team and present work during critiques for constructive feedback.
- Create design specifications and guidelines for developers to facilitate smooth implementations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in design or architecture
- Minimum academic qualification of HND
- Proficient in rendering and 3D visualisation tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion)
- Strong documentation and technical drawing skills
- Skilled in hand and digital sketching
- Ability to apply a broad range of design skills across multiple project stages
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
Work Mode: Hybrid
