Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Set up equipment and adjust machine settings as required for production processes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Monitor production output to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines.
- Keep the work area clean and organized in line with safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain production machines effectively.
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Willingness to work shifts when required.
