We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production of smart cards and financial cards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality products, and meeting customer requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand and deadlines.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, equipment, and personnel.
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure production meets customer requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve production-related issues.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role
