Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support production from design to delivery.
- Manage and track outfits for timely fitting, safe and timely delivery.
- Enter and update purchase orders and product information.
- Communicate with vendors and coordinate logistics to ensure timely material and product delivery.
- Oversee inventory management — track fabric, trims, and finished goods, ensuring accurate stock records.
- Monitor supply levels and alert the team to restock needs.
- Assist with garment finishing and detailing to maintain brand quality standards.
- Inspect garments for quality control and fix minor errors.
- Ensure delivery reaches clients safely and on time
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proven experience in inventory tracking and logistics coordination.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of stock, materials, and deliveries.
