Product Manager/UI/UX Designer

     Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts and iterate on UI/UX solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, alignment with product goals, and consistency across platforms.
• UI/UX Strategy: Develop and execute UI/UX strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• User Testing & Validation: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Data-Driven Design: Analyze user data, feedback, and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of UI/UX enhancements and guide data-driven decision-making.
• Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX to continuously enhance product experiences.
• Development Support: Provide ongoing support to developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.

     Requirements:

• An experienced Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
