Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers for oil & gas projects.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in line with project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Ensure all purchased goods and services comply with technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
- Support logistics and inventory management for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations.
