Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and tender documents, source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services, maintain accurate procurement documentation, and cost tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Accounting, Building Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction procurement and bidding/tendering is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and market pricing.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- Must be currently based in Abuja.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
