Private Equity Vice President

Responsibilities:

• Manage activities required for sourcing, screening, and advising on new investments, as well as portfolio management and reporting for existing investments, not limited to financial modelling, valuation, preparation of investment recommendations, and transaction execution
• Ensure quality of deliverables & work processes to support fundraising, strategy development, and creation of value for investors, investees, and other stakeholders
• Manage projects and serve as team lead
• Acts as an advisor/mentor to project team members and client teams
• Ensure timely delivery/execution of tasks and projects
• Deliver professional presentations to clients/stakeholders
• Manage relationships with investors, investees, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university
• A minimum of ten (10) years of post-graduation experience
• ICAN, ACCA, or CFA certification
  
• The following will be an added advantage:
• An MBA from a reputable university
• International exposure through study, travel, or work experience is a key requirement
