Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review work orders and prepare required materials
- Clean web patch rollers and polish printing cylinders.
- Set up doctor blades and install printing rollers.
- Load raw materials and inspect machine accessories.
- Adjust dryer temperature and machine settings as needed.
- Monitor ink viscosity and ensure consistent colour, registration, and text alignment.
- Conduct quality checks during production and obtain QC approval before full run.
- Inspect print quality (adhesion, colour, odour, text) throughout production.
- Clean and safely store printing cylinders after use.
- Maintain the cleanliness of machines and work areas after job completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating printing machines in a flexible packaging or blown film production environment.
- Familiarity with ink viscosity standards and print quality checks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Remuneration: NGN 110,000 – 130,000 Monthly
